Service Description

This workshop focuses on anti-discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace. The workshop focuses on both the legal and workplace culture impacts of inappropriate behaviours in the workplace. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the impact and risks of discrimination, harassment, and bullying in the workplace, the legal principles, early intervention practices and strategies, identifying, reporting and responding to complaints and strategies that will build a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace culture. This workshop can be tailored to be delivered to the following groups: • Board members, Directors, and CEO’s • Managers, Team Leaders, and Supervisors • Employees.
