Essential HR was founded in 2013, initially offering traditional HR consulting services to SME. Realising the lack of opportunity and access clients had to on trend HR practices, resources and technology, Essential HR introduced an innovative way to deliver HR solutions to businesses.
Clients were struggling with the high level of administration and compliance when employing people, and once employed, the challenge shifted to retaining them or getting them to perform at the level required.
In 2017 Essential HR partnered with key Australian HR and Payroll Platform providers, Employment Hero and KeyPay . In 2019 Essential HR joined forces with the popular national company, Employment Innovations. These partnerships enabled Essential HR to deliver to the Adelaide SME market a range of powerful solutions and services that are future proofed, reputable and cost effective.
Justine has over 25 years’ HR, Industrial Relations and Business experience in a number of different industries. She commenced her career in larger, more complex organisations and later specialised in the SME arena in both Melbourne and Adelaide.
She has had a long career in HR management playing leading roles in organisations going through significant change. She works closely with CEO’s, business owners/operators, and managers to help them through times of change and transition.
Justine is a big believer in innovation, both in the technology you introduce into your business and the way you operate and deliver your products and services to your clients.
She has exceptional interpersonal skills and easily engages with people to coach or mentor them.
With tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and Graduate Diploma in Organisational Change and Consulting, she is also an accredited Trainer in Targeted Selection (Interviewing Techniques), accredited in Hogan Profiling and an accredited Mediator.
